Return Policy

RETURN If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, we shall accept returns or exchange within 14 days from the date of goods received, no questions asked. We shall refund the full amount of the goods, minus the shipping charge, to customers within 4 days from return received. Shipping charges for returned merchandise is to be paid by the customer. Items that have been used will not be accepted for return and any refund. To obtain an acceptance of return, customers will need to contact us either by phone or email within 14 days from the date of receipt of goods. The customer must request a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) before returning the merchandise. Returns will be rejected without a RMA number. After obtaining an RMA#, the returned goods must be shipped out within 5 working days. To protect the customer's interest, the customer is suggested to add "delivery confirmation" on their return postage when returning the package. In the case that there is a defect found on our merchandises, customers must call or email us to request a replacement of goods or a refund. However, defects must be reported within 3 days from date of receipt of goods. We shall be responsible for the return shipping charges for the defective merchandise.
