If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, we accept returns within 14 business days from the date of goods received by customer, no questions asked. We shall refund the full amount of the items, minus the shipping charge, to customers within 3 days from return is received. Return shipping charges is responsible by the customer. Items that have been used will not be accepted for return and any refund. To obtain an acceptance of return, customers will have to contact us either by phone or email within 14 days from the date of receipt of goods. The customer must request a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) before returning the merchandise. Returns will be rejected without a RMA number. After obtaining a RMA#, the returned goods must be shipped out within 5 working days. To protect the customer's interest, the customer is suggested to send return with "delivery tracking" on their return postage. In the case that there is a defect found on receiving merchandises, customers must call or email us to request a replacement of goods or a refund. However, defects must be reported within 3 days from date of receipt of goods. We shall be responsible for the return shipping charges for the defective merchandise.
PACKAGE LOST DURING RETURN
In returning the item(s), it is suggested to send package back with tracking service. In case of lost package, we will not refund for items without proof of return.
We do not have exchange procedure in our system, if customer need to exchange for another item. Please first follow the return procedure above to return the items and then place another new order for the new item require.
