Shipping and return Policy

SHIPPING
Merchandise will be shipped in 2 working days after payment is received.  We ship customer's order from our office in Arcadia, California, US.A. We use United States Postal service or  UPS to ship our orders in the U.S.A. International order is shipped by United States Priority mail or EMS service.  Flat shipping  rate USD 5.90 apply for orders shipping in the U.S.A.  by United States Postal Service only.  If customer need faster delivery, please contact our customer service for a special shipping arrangement ,and  this arrangement  will  be subject to charge depending on  UPS delivery schedule.  According to United States postal service schedule, priority mail for domestic shipping  takes 3 - 5 days to deliver to customer's location.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Please call our company at 626-5325539 or email us at "sales@fabulousbrooch.com" to get a quote for expedited shipping. We shall confirm with customer an exact shipping date and a scheduled receiving date. Expedited shipping has not been set up in our shopping cart system.  Please call us to set up this special shipping arrangement. Expedited shipping will be charged  to customer's credit card or paypal account separately.

 

PAYMENT

Customer has the option to choose credit card payment or  Paypal payment  at  the checkout page. For processing payment, our website is secured by "GeoTrust SSL" from which we are providing a 256 bit encryption and offering the highest level of encryption and security. Customerrs can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web site are private and secure.  

RETURN
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, we shall accept return within 4 days from the date of receipt of goods, and we will not  ask  customer for any question. We shall refund the full amount of the goods, except the shipping charge,  to customer within 7 days after receipt of returned goods. Shipping charge for returning  merchandise will be paid by customer. Items that have been used or damaged due to the customer's fault will not be accepted for any refund. Customers please first contact us for a return authoriaztion number (RA#) before returning the merchandise. Merchandise must be returned within 3 working days after obtaining a return authorization number. In case, there is a defect found on our merchandises,  customer may request to replace the goods or refund the goods value to customer after we receive the questioned merchandise.. We shall be responsible for the return shipping charge for the questioned merchandise.

 

BACK ORDER ITEMS

In case,  customer want the items that is out of stock, we may arrange a back order in 3weeks.  However,  we cannot guarantee the goods will be arrived on time. But we shalll try our best to get it as soon as possible. Discontinued item will not be backed order for customer.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We shall accept order cancellation as long as the order has not been shipped out from our company.  Once order has been shipped, the order can be returned by following the return procedure as stated above.

OUT OF STOCK
Although we have been making every effort to keep the inventory in our warehouse, occasionally, customers may order an item that is later found to have been sold out. When this happen, we  shall immediatley notify customer to determine if they would like a refund or exchange for  another items. In some case, we may have stock available in our warehouse, but we have not updated our inventory in the system, customer are welcome to check with us the most updated status of the inventory.

PRICING

From time to time, we shall adjust the price on our merchandises without notifying customers. Whenever the order has been placed, the adjusted price will not affect the order.


SALES TAX FOR CALIFORNIA CUSTOMER
If you are a California customer and obtain a california resale certificate, you may be waived for  sales tax. All you have to do is to fax or email us a copy of your resale certificates before placing an order so that we won't add the california tax on your order. If you have already placed your order,  please fax or email the resales certificate to us for refund request of  California Sales Tax . USE OF PRODUCTS
All our brooch products are not intended for use by children under 14.
