Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

All regular orders will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days from our warehouse in Monrovia, California. Same day shipping will be automatically arranged for order using UPS Next Day, 2nd Days and 3 Days service. Order for same day shipping must be placed before 2:00 pm Pacific Time. We ship orders via United States Postal service or UPS Service for shipping addresses in the U.S.A. International orders will be shipped by United States International Mail service or UPS International service. No orders will be shipped on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the quantity of items ordered. Shipping charge will be displayed at the check out page when placing an order. If customer requires a special delivery arrangement, please call us or email us for a special handling service. According to the United States Postal Service's delivery schedule, transit time for first class mail takes around 3 to 7 business days for delivery, and priority mail takes around 2 to 5 business days for delivery depending on the shipping location in the states. For oversea customers, the transit time may takes up to 15 business days by US international mail service, and around 5 business days by EMS service.

CHOOSING A SHIPPING METHOD

We provide two different options for shipping the orders, the US Postal Service and the UPS Service. When choosing a shipping method, customer is reminded that the United State Post Office do not guarantee exact delivery dates and may delay the order delivery. We, the shipper, cannot control the US post office's operation. Therefore, if customer requires to receive the order by a specific date, the customer is encouraged to select UPS service to ship their order. If an order can not be delivered to a customer for more than 30 days (45 days for overseas customers) from the ship out date, we will first refund the entire amount to customer and then investigate the case. When customer eventually receives the order, we will charge to the customer for the order received by them.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDER

In the event of package returning to our company due to customer provide a wrong shipping information in their order, customer have to be responsible and pay for all the shipping charge.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

When shipping to overseas countries, the customer will be responsible for customs handling, customs broker fees, and duties that may be applicable to their order. Every country handles imported goods differently. Customers ordering from overseas has to check the customs duties in their country. Our prices and shipping charge do not include charges outside of the United States of America.

GUARANTEED DELIVERY

Customers have the option to choose a shipping method for their order. If customer need a guaranteed delivery date for their order, please choose UPS service for their order as UPS service provides a guaranteed delivery for the package. Using US postal service do not guarantee delivery time.

REFUSE ORDER AFTER ORDER IS SHIPPED

In the event an order has been shipped out, and customer refused to accept the package by customer. Customer will be held responsible for all shipping charge incurred. Our company have the right to deduct all shipping charges before sending a refund to the customer.

PAYMENT

Customers have the option to choose between a credit card payment or a Paypal payment at the checkout page. For processing payments, our website has equipped a highest level of encryption and security protection. We don't keep customer's full credit card information in our server. Customers can rest assured that communications between your browser and this web site are private and secure.

ORDER CANCELLATION
We will accept order cancellations as long as the order has not been shipped out from our company. Once the order has been shipped, the order can be returned by following the return procedure as stated above.

OUT OF STOCK
Once the customer has placed an order successfully on our website, there should not be any problems to receive the items ordered. In the case that a customer finds an item has been sold out or cannot find the item in our inventory, customers are welcome to check with us for the most updated status of the item.

PRICING
From time to time, we may adjust the price of the items without notifications. Whenever the order has been placed, the adjusted price will not affect the price on their order.

SALES TAX FOR CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS
If you are a California customer with a California resale certificate, you may be waived for sales tax. To waive the sales tax, fax or email us a copy of your resale certificates before placing an order so that the California tax can be excluded. If you have already placed your order, please email us or call us the resales certificate to us for a refund request of California sales tax . All of our brooches and flower pin products are not intended for use by children under 14.
