Shipping and return Policy
SHIPPING
Merchandise will be shipped out in 2 business days after payment is received. We ship order from our warehouse in Monrovia, California via United States Postal service or UPS Service for shipping address in the U.S.A. International order will be shipped by United States International Priority mail or EMS service. No order will be shipped on Saturday and Sunday. Shipping charge will be calculated based on the quantity of brooches ordered, and it will be shown at the check out page when placing an order. If customer need a super rush delivery, customer may call us or email us for a special handling service. Expedited shipping charges will be charged according to courier's delivery schedule. According to United States Postal Service's delivery schedule, priority mail for domestic shipping takes 3 - 5 business days shipping to customer's location in the states. For oversea customer, it takes up to 15 business days by US international priority mail, and 5 business days by EMS service to their country.
CHOOSING A SHIPPING METHOD
We have provided two different options for shipping the order, US Postal Service and the UPS Service. When choosing shipping method, customer is reminded that United State Post Office does not guarantee exact delivery date. Sometime, they may delay the order delivery, We, the shipper, can not control US post office's operation. Therefore, if the order has a deadline to meet, customer is suggested to select UPS service to ship their order. In case of order can not be received by customer for more 30 days (45 days for oversea customer) from the ship out date, we will first refund the entire amount to customer and then investigate the case. If customer eventually receive the goods, we will then charge back to the customer.
International Shipping
When shipping oversea countries, customer will be responsible for customs handling, customs broker fee and duties that may be applicable to their order. Every country handle imported goods differently, customer has to check the customs duties in their country. Our prices and shipping charge do not included charges outside the United States of America.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
UPS shipping option has been set up in our system, customer has the option to choose the type of service require shipping their order. UPS next day, 2nd days and 3 days service will be shipped the same day an order is received provided the order is received before 2:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. UPS service order received after 2:00 pm Pacific Standard Time will be treated as received in the following business day. If there is a super rush shipping service is required, customer may call or email us for special handling shipping service, we will try our utmost effort to ship their order as long as it is not too late in the afternoon.
PAYMENT
Customer has the option to choose credit card payment or Paypal payment at the checkout page. For processing payment, our website is secured by "GeoTrust SSL" from which we are providing a 256 bit encryption and offering the highest level of encryption and security. Customers can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web site are private and secure.
RETURN
If for any reason, customer is not satisfied with the purchase, we shall accept return within 4 days from the date of receipt of goods, no questions asked. We shall refund the full amount of the goods, minus shipping charge, to customer within 4 days after receipt of returned goods. Shipping charge for returning merchandise will be paid by customer. Items that have been used will not be accepted for any refund. To obtain an acceptance of return, customers need to contact us either by phone or email , within 4 days from date of receipt of goods, to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) before returning the merchandise. Return will not be accepted without a RMA number. After obtaining a RMA#, merchandise must be shipped out in 3 working days. To protect customer's interest, customer is suggested to add "delivery confirmation" on the return postage when returning the package to us, then customer will have a proof of return. In case, there is a defect found on our merchandises, customer may request to replace the goods or refund the goods amount. However, it must be reported within 3 days from date of receipt of goods. We shall be responsible for the return shipping charge for the questioned merchandise.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We shall accept order cancellation as long as the order has not been shipped out from our company. Once order has been shipped, the order can be returned by following the return procedure as stated above.
OUT OF STOCK
Once customer has placed an order successfully in our online store, they should have no problem to receive the items ordered. In case, customer find items that have been sold out or couldn't find the item in our online store, customer are welcome to check with us the most updated status of the inventory.
PRICING
From time to time, we shall adjust the price on the items without notifying customers. Whenever the order has been placed, the adjusted price will not affect the price on their order.
SALES TAX FOR CALIFORNIA CUSTOMER
If you are a California customer and obtain a california resale certificate, you may be waived for sales tax. All you have to do is to fax or email us a copy of your resale certificates before placing an order so that we won't add the california tax to your order. If you have already placed your order, please fax or email the resales certificate to us for refund request of California Sales Tax . All our brooches and flower pin products are not intended for use by children under 14.
