Shipping Policy

HIPPING
Merchandise will be shipped out within 2 business days after the order is received from our warehouse in Monrovia, California. We ship orders via United States Postal service or UPS Service for shipping addresses in the U.S.A. International orders will be shipped by United States International Priority mail or International Priority Mail. No orders will be shipped on Saturday and Sunday. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the quantity of brooches ordered, and it will be shown at the check out page when placing an order. If a customer requires a rush delivery, the customer may call us or email us for a special handling service. Expedited shipping charges will be charged according to courier's delivery schedule. According to United States Postal Service's delivery schedule, priority mail for domestic shipping takes 3 - 5 business days shipping to the customer's location in the states. For overseas customers, it takes up to 15 business days by US international priority mail, and 5 business days by EMS service to their country.

CHOOSING A SHIPPING METHOD
We have provided two different options for shipping the orders: US Postal Service and the UPS Service. When choosing a shipping method, customer is reminded that the United State Post Office does not guarantee exact delivery dates and may delay the order delivery. We, the shipper, cannot control the US post office's operation. Therefore, if the order must arrive by a certain date, the customer is encouraged to select UPS service to ship their order. If an order is not received by a customer for more than 30 days (45 days for overseas customers) from the ship out date, we will first refund the entire amount to customer and then investigate the case. If customer eventually receives the goods, we will charge to the customer for the order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
When shipping to overseas countries, the customer will be responsible for customs handling, customs broker fees, and duties that may be applicable to their order. Every country handles imported goods differently. Customers ordering from overseas has to check the customs duties in their country. Our prices and shipping charge do not include charges outside of the United States of America.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Customers have the option of choosing the shipping method of expedited shipping services for their order. UPS next day, UPS 2 days, and UPS 3 days services will be shipped on the same day for which order is received, provided that the order is received before 2:00 pm Pacific Standard Time. If the UPS service order is received after 2:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, it will be shipped in the next business day. If a customer needs a rush shipping service, the customer may email us for a special handling shipping arrangement.

PAYMENT
Customers have the option to choose between a credit card payment or a Paypal payment at the checkout page. For processing payments, our website has equipped a highest level of encryption and security protection. We don't keep customer's full credit card information in our server. Customers can rest assured that communications between your browser and this web site are private and secure.

ORDER CANCELLATION
We will accept order cancellations as long as the order has not been shipped out from our company. Once the order has been shipped, the order can be returned by following the return procedure as stated above.

OUT OF STOCK
Once the customer has placed an order successfully on our website, there should not be any problems to receive the items ordered. In the case that a customer finds an item has been sold out or cannot find the item in our inventory, customers are welcome to check with us for the most updated status of the item.

PRICING
From time to time, we may adjust the price of the items without notifications. Whenever the order has been placed, the adjusted price will not affect the price on their order.

SALES TAX FOR CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS
If you are a California customer with a California resale certificate, you may be waived for sales tax. To waive the sales tax, fax or email us a copy of your resale certificates before placing an order so that the California tax can be excluded. If you have already placed your order, please email us or call us the resales certificate to us for a refund request of California sales tax . All of our brooches and flower pin products are not intended for use by children under 14.
